Mrs. Mollie Rogers departed this life on Saturday evening, January 4, 2020 at the Washington County Regional Medical Center, Sandersville, Georgia, following an extended illness. Funeral services were held on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at 2:30 PM at Faith Apostolic Holiness Church with Pastor Keneth Rogers officiating. Interment was held in Tennille Cemetery.

She was born March 12, 1922 in Johnson County, Georgia to the parentage of the late Mr. Lonnie Fraley and the late Mrs. Rosie Jackson Fraley. She lived in St. Louis, Missouri for several years before returning to Georgia. She worked in the cafeteria of D.D. Crawford Elementary School for several years. Mrs. Rogers served as Mother at Community Church of Jesus #2, Redeemed Church and True Love Christian Fellowship Church. Her hobbies included fishing, quilting, cooking, gardening and caring for ALL children.

She was married to the late Mr. Andrew Rogers for fifty-five years. She will be missed by her loving family and friends.

Mrs. Rogers leaves to cherish her memory, three sons: Deacon Larry (Janice) Rogers, Pastor Kenneth (Angelina) Rogers, Tennille, Georgia, Mr. Kenneth Oliver Rogers, Evansville, Indiana; one daughter: Mrs. Mary (Elijah) Moye, Tennille, Georgia; one sister: Ms. Martha Renfroe, St. Louis, Missouri; ten grandchildren: Mr. Safarphyll Darden, Savannah, Georgia, Miss Yolanda Moye, Mr. Andrew Moye, Mrs. Christina (Isaac) Haynes, Miss Jasmine Rogers, Tennille, Georgia, Ms. Julia Stone, Indianapolis, Indiana, Mr. Keenin Oliver, Mr. Kaleb Oliver, Mr. Jalen Oliver, Ms. Jasmine Oliver, Evansville, Indiana; devoted nieces: Evangelist Della Fraley, Ms. Lisa Lamar, Ms. Willie Hicks;  three great grandchildren: two great great grandchildren; caregivers; a host of other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
