City of Sandersville Employees and Firefighters Celebrate Employment Anniversaries

City of Sandersville employees with employment anniversaries were recognized by the Mayor and Council during the Tuesday, January 19 Sandersville City Council meeting.

Employees celebrating five years with the City of Sandersville were: Demitrus Adams, Chad Boomershine, David Larson, Bernard Parker, and Calvin Smith.

Celebrating 10 years with the City of Sandersville were: Casey Hilson, Kyle Watkins, and Leslie Williams.

The Sandersville Mayor and Council recognized Jimmy Taylor with 15 years of service at the City of Sandersville.

Rudolph Lane was recognized for 30 years of service with the City of Sandersville.

In addition, the elected officials were also recognized for their commitment to serving the citizens of Sandersville. Mayor Pro-Tem Jeffery Smith has served for 20 years. Mayor Jimmy Andrews and Councilperson Mayme Dennis were both recognized for 30 years of service.

Sandersville firefighters with milestone anniversaries were recognized during the Sandersville Fire Department dinner held in December. Kyle Watkins has served on the Sandersville Fire Department for five years. Lt. Jeremy Lindsey was recognized for 20 years of service on the Sandersville Fire Department. Willie Durden was recognized for 30 years of service on the Sandersville Fire Department.
