Mr. Ray Allen Braddy passed away on Monday, March 15, 2021 in Augusta, Georgia. Graveside funeral services were held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the Holly Spring Baptist Church in Warthen with Reverend Frank Smith officiating.
He was born on August 16, 1965 to the parentage of the late Mr. Milton Braddy and the late Mrs. Ollie Mae Jones Braddy. Mr. Braddy graduated from Washington County High School, Class of 1983. He was a dedicated long-term truck driver. Ray enjoyed watching World Wrestling Entertainment and spending time with his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Mr. Raymond Allan Brown.
Mr. Braddy is survived by his daughters, Ms. Tonika Braddy, Ms. Calaundria Braddy, Ms. Shaquetta Braddy, Ms. Sheniqual Scott, and Ms. Ollieyah Braddy; sons, Mr. Ryan Brown, Mr. Quintarious Brown, Mr. Quintavious (Ashley) Brown, Mr. Nicholas Braddy, and Mr. Kristopher Braddy; sisters, Ms. Sharon Braddy, Ms. Martha Braddy, and Ms. Shirley Mills; aunts and uncles, Ms. Lula Burton, Ms. Minnie Sue Tucker, Ms. Margaret Jones, Ms. Bertha L. Burton, Ms. Rudene Horton, Ms. Barbara Burton, Ms. Eloise Braddy, Ms. Mary Poole, Ms. Lino Mitts, Mr. Aaron Jones, Mr. Benny Ones, and Mr. John Cummings; devoted companion, Ms. Charlesetta Newton; seventeen grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
