Three Wanted in Connection to Sunday Evening Shootings

Three subjects responsible for the Sunday, January 16 shootings that damaged numerous homes in a Holmes Cannary Road subdivision have been identified by investigators, according to Washington County Sheriff Joel Cochran.

Deputies are looking for 19-year-old Keimahn Ahmad Cuyler, 18-year-old Justin Keyon Hooks, and 21-year-old Jakobe Hykeem Hodges in connection with these shootings.

According to Sheriff Cochran, all three are wanted for criminal damage to property, discharge of a gun near a public highway, aggravated assault, reckless conduct, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

As previously reported by WACO 100, Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies initially responded on Sunday, January 16 to Sara’s Road in regard to shots fired; Washington County E-911 then received multiple calls regarding numerous shots fired on Holmes Cannery Road.

“It was discovered during the initial investigation that multiple homes were damaged due to gunfire,” said Washington County Sheriff Cochran. He explained that that approximately 30 shell cases of varying types were recovered from the scenes by Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies.

Sheriff Cochran went to say that prior to these shootings, a separate shooting incident occurred near Jet 34 on Sparta Road in Sandersville.

All three individuals should be considered armed and dangerous.
