Employment Anniversaries Celebrated During Sandersville Council Meeting

City of Sandersville elected officials and employees with employment anniversaries were recognized by the Mayor and City Council during the Tuesday, February 22 Sandersville City Council meeting.

Councilperson Danny Brown was recognized with five years of service to the City of Sandersville. Danny Brown represents District Three on the Sandersville City Council.

Celebrating 15 years with the City of Sandersville were: Travis Fort who serves as the Purchasing Agent for the City of Sandersville and Lt. Wes Howell of the Sandersville Police Department’s Road Patrol Division.

The Sandersville Mayor and Council recognized Renee Jordan, who serves as Clerk of Administrative Services at the Sandersville Police Department, and Lt. Pauline Roberson, who serves as a detective on the Sandersville Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division with 20 years of service at the City of Sandersville.

Sandersville City Councilperson Henry Watts was recognized for 35 years of service to the City of Sandersville. Henry Watts represents District Two on the Sandersville City Council.

“We thank each of you for your service to the City of Sandersville,” said Sandersville Mayor Jimmy Andrews when recognizing the City employees and City Councilpersons.
