Ms. Taylor Hines passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Doctors Hospital of Augusta. Graveside fuenral services were held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. on the lawn of the Samuel Grove Baptist Church with Reverend Eric Adams officiating.

Taylor was born on June 27, 1993 at 7:07 P.M., in the Fairview Park Hospital, a beautiful and healthy baby girl named Ty’Shauna Lakeyondra Hines to the parentage of Ms. Erica Hines and Mr. Cecil Williams. She was a very intelligent, selfless, purpose driven, determined, independent, and successful young woman, loved by many and adored by all with whom she came into contact. Taylor’s demeanor was that of grace, confidence, strength, and compassion. She enjoyed life and lived it to the fullest. Taylor loved to sing, dance, “clown around,” and play spades while enjoying the company of many friends and family. She was a Registered Nurse, living by her code of “servicing others before herself.” Taylor was proud of accomplishing her goals of becoming one of the youngest Assistant Nurse Managers on her floor at University Hospital, buying a home, and obtaining her Master’s Degree in June of 2021. She would often brag about being the first and only girl grandchild of her maternal grandparents for over twenty-seven (27) years. Taylor was a member of Samuel Grove Baptist Church where she sang in the church choir and developed a relationship with her Lord and Savior.
