Sandersville Police Department reported on Friday afternoon that the Criminal Investigation Division of the Sandersville Police Department has obtained arrest warrants for three individuals who are being sought in connection with the incident that occurred at 425 College Street on Thursday, April 30 at approximately 12:20 p.m. According to the Sandersville Police Department, more arrest warrants are pending.
As previously reported by Waco 100, two shooting incidents occurred in the Hall Street/Evans Street/College Street area of Sandersville on Thursday, April 30.
Washington County Sheriff Joel Cochran explained that Sandersville Police responded to the two incidents within a 24-hour time span.
According to the Sandersville Police Department, multiple subjects have been taken into custody; firearms were also recovered.
No injuries were reported as a result of these two incidents; however, a vehicle did sustain damage.
“One house was also caught in the midst of gunfire,” said Sheriff Cochran.
Sandersville Police Department is investigating these incidents; Washington County Sheriff’s Office is assisting.
