Mrs. Margaret Louise Wilson, age 80, of Sandersville, died on Sunday, January 3, 2021 in the Extended Care Facility of Sandersville following an extended illness. Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 6 at the Westview Cemetery in Thomson, Georgia. Pastor Jackie Downs and Pastor Bobby Farmer will officiate.
Mrs. Wilson was a native of Lincoln County, Georgia, the daughter of the late Omar Matthews and the late Bessie Williams Matthews. Mrs. Wilson was a retired physical therapist. She was a member of Thomson Church of God. Mrs. Wilson was the wife of the late Kenneth L. Wilson. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Mary Powell.
Survivors include her daughter, Sheila Louise Mason and her husband Ronnie of Sandersville; grandchildren, Ashley Haynes and her husband Alan, Andrew Smith and his wife Alyson, Jennifer Hodges and her husband Brian, and Johnathan Mason; great grandchildren, Charley Hodges, Ava Jade Smith, Gracen Hodges and Autumn Platt.
