Ms. Wyomie Temple Dixon passed away on Monday, September 6, 2021 at Emory at Hillingdale in Atlanta. Graveside funeral services were held on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the Dixon Grove Church of God in Christ with Elder Jeremiah Wooten officiating.

Mrs. Dixon was born on October 12, 1957 in Tennille, Georgia to the parentage of the late Mrs. Essie Temple and the late Mr. Jim Temple. She was a 1975 graduate of the Washington County High School. Wyomie was a member of Dixon Grove Church of God in Christ in Tennille. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ms. Shuwana Dixon; granddaughter, Miss Shadaria Ferguson; sisters, Ms. Jackie Temple and Ms. Daisy Miller; and brothers, Mr. Arthur Lee Temple and Mr. Jessie Miller, Jr.

Mrs. Dixon leaves to cherish her memories, two sisters, Ms. Janice Temple, Sandersville and Mrs. Sadie (Billy) Jones, Tennille; one brother, Mr. Raymond Johnson, Tampa, Florida; nine grandchildren, Ms. Conesha Dixon (Larry), Ms. Amia Dixon, Mr. Sanquavius Dixon, Ms. Ayanna Dixon, Ms. Kimora Dixon, Mr. Travodius Ferguson, Ms. Shadricus Ferguson, Mr. Quandarius Dixon, and Ms. Destiny Dixon; four devoted friends, Ms. Deborah Neal, Ms. Deborah Powell, Ms. Lynne Bailey, and Mr. Contavious White; fourteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
