Mr. Charles Heggs, Jr. passed away on Friday, October 15, 2021, in Dekalb County. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. in The Family Retreat Center, located at 1884 Highway 68 North in Tennille. Reverend Roy Grissom will officiate.
