Mr. Ivey Franklin “Frank” Cook, Jr., age 77, of Williamson, passed away April 19, 2020. He was born in Augusta, son of the late Ivey Franklin Cook, Sr. and Lorene Paradice Cook. He owned and operated Cook Ice Company in Sandersville for many years. Mr. Cook enjoyed gardening, deep sea fishing in Florida and bird watching.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Martin Cook, and his brother Virgil Cook.
He is survived by his children: Pam Flynt (Michael) of Williamson, and Jeff Cook of Perry; grandchildren: Crissy Lawrence (Allen) of Bonaire, Michaela Flynt of Williamson, great-grandchildren: Ryleigh Lawrence of Bonaire, Raegan Lawrence of Bonaire; sister and brother: Martha Smith (Tom) of Carrollton, and Mike Cook (Sheila) of Huntsville, AL.
A family graveside service will be held at Brownwood Cemetery in Sandersville.
