Mr. Earl James , age 63, departed this life on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Archway Transitional Care Center in Macon, Georgia. Graveside services will be held on Monday, October 5, 2020 at 11 a.m. at Union Hill Baptist Church. Rev. Benjamin Martin will officiate. Earl was born May 11, 1957 to the union of the late Doris Prosser James and Robert Bloodsaw.
He graduated in the class of 1975 at Washington County High School in Sandersville, Georgia. After graduating, he joined the United States Army for seventeen and half years. Earl joined the Union Hill Baptist Church at an early age where he attended whenever he was back home to visit.
Earl leaves to cherish his memories: one son, Mr. Earl Zanier James of Milledgeville, Georgia; two daughters: Mrs. Fernanda Norman of Augusta, Georgia and Ms. Chelecia Watts of Sandersville, Georgia; one sister: Gwendolyn (Tony) Bryant of Sandersville, Georgia; five brothers: Mr. George (Helen) James of Tennille, Georgia, Mr. Stevie D. (Cynthia) Williams, Sr. of Milledgeville, Georgia, Mr. Melvin (Sandra Faye) James of Sandersville, Georgia, Mr. Charles (Betty) Bloodsaw of Sandersville, Georgia, Mr. Larry (Cynthia) Bloodsaw of Sandersville, Georgia; one aunt: Mrs. Shirley Prosser (Wayne) Hodges of Sandersville, Georgia; five grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including Mr. Eddie Neal of Augusta, Georgia and Mr. Willie Duckworth, Jr.
