CLIFFORD “CHIP” JORDAN

Mr. Clifford “Chip” Jordan passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021 at his residence. Graveside funeral services were held on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the Camp Spring Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Darrell Mitchell officiating.

Chip was born on August 24, 1961 to the parentage of the late Mr. Valine Jordan and the late Mrs. Christine Jordan. At an early age, he accepted Christ into his life and joined the Camp Spring Baptist Church. He graduated from the Washington County High School, Class of 1979. Chip also attended the Sandersville Technical College and received an degree in Electrical Services. He was employed for Kamin Kaolin Clay LLC. for many years as a lab technician. His favorite hobbies included driving his tractor and cutting grass for family and friends. Chip also enjoyed cooking on his grill and spending time with loved ones.

Mr. Jordan leaves cherished memories to a devoted companion, Ms. Sharon Taylor, Sandersville; three children, Mrs. Kimberly (Steve) Jordan-Richardson, Ms. Comencia Jordan (Anthony Hilson), and Mr. William Walker III, Tennille; one sister, Ms. Ella Pearl Hilson, Sandersville; three brothers, Mr. Sammie Lee Jordan, Sandersville, Mr. Ricky (Kristen) Jordan, Waldorf, Maryland, and Mr. Charlie Brown, Augusta; two aunts, Mrs. Lena Mae Martin and Mrs. Cora Mae Jordan, Sandersville; two devoted nieces, Ms. Karlecia Williams and Ms. Tracey Jordan, Sandersville; one devoted nephew, Mr. Sammie Davis, Tennille; three “bonus” children, Mrs. Shaquonta (Ernest) Johnson, Ms. Kateria Taylor (Rodregious Bell), and Mr. Brenshad Taylor, Sandersville; three grandchildren, Ms. Jordyn Bell, Ms. Haidyn Bell, and Master Ashdyn Hilson; “bonus” grandchildren, Ms. Mariah Walker, Mr. Nicholas Johnson, Ms. Ka’Nyah Johnson, Ms. Nyla Johnson, Ms. Kassidy Grant, Ms. Kailee Daniel, Ms. Raelyn Bell, Ms. Rhylan Bell, Ms. Brielle Taylor, and Ms. Bailey Taylor; four devoted friends, Mr. Deon Hood, Mr. Timothy Dominy, Mr. Stanley Mathis, and Mr. Donald Jackson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
