Mr. Clifford Lundy of Warthen passed away on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at his residence. Graveside funeral services were held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery with Reverend Dr. Bobby Warren officiating.
Clifford was born on April 26, 1980 to the parentage of Mrs. Glenda Askew and Mr. Wadies Lundy, Jr. “Pottie,” as he was known to family and friends, attended Washington County High School. He loved to work on cars and talk “noise.” Mr. Lundy was the owner and operator of Clifford Lundy’s Garage, pleasing his passion for working on cars. Clifford was described as a joy to all who knew him, always staying true to himself. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. C.L. Russell, Sr., Mrs. Annie W. Russell, Mr. Wadies Lundy, Sr. and Mrs. Leonia Lundy.
Mr. Lundy leaves cherished memories to his wife, Mrs. Queena Lundy; children, Mr. Jovarius Lundy, Ms. Zariah Robinson, and Mr. De’Quivious Fisher; mother, Mrs. Glenda Askew; father, Mr. Wadies Lundy, Jr.; sister, Ms. Earlene Lundy (Anthony Johnson); niece, Ms. Bertrice Lundy; nephews, Mr. Quintavios Latimer and Mr. Darryl Cuyler, Jr.; devoted aunt, Ms. Geraldine Warthen (Bennie Jones); aunts, Mrs. Sheila (Earl) Swint, Ms. Betty Clayton, Mrs. Mattie Martin, Mrs. Sally (JC) Martin, Mrs. Lena (Bobby) Lundy, Mrs. Harriette (Gary) Butler, Ms. Barbara Russell, and Ms. Karen Russell; uncles, Mr. Bobbie J.
