Ms. Gloria Yvonne Taylor Hood entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 29, 2021, at the Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah. Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021, at 1:00 P.M. in the Sandersville City Cemetery with Reverend Perry Davis officiating.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 4 from 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. in the L.M. Pierce Funeral Home Clara-Minnie Memorial Chapel. The body will lie in state at the Sandersville City Cemetery from 12:00 P.M. until the hour of service on Friday. There will be no viewing following the eulogy.
Centers for Disease Control guidelines for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19 including the wearing of face masks and practicing of social distancing will be required.
